Allowing part of your land to re-wild is beneficial for wildlife but there is another option.
Ecologically valuable, Naturalistic gardens can be created using a methodical approach to planting – incorporating both native and non-native species in a manner that has great aesthetic appeal. In many cases – greater biodiversity, habitat opportunities and provision of food sources can be established using a controlled approach as opposed to re-wilding. This is particularly effective in small to mid-sized gardens.
During a consultation I will assess the ecological potential of your land and we’ll discuss approaches to increase biodiversity and develop wildlife corridors. A good naturalistic garden creates a harmonious space that connects people to nature.
